Dear [Name],

We are evaluating the import and distribution of the NBP Performance Line in Saudi Arabia. To complete our regulatory pre-screen and place a first order, please provide the following by 30 November 2026. We cannot submit an SFDA registration or place a purchase order without them.

A. Company and site 1. Certificate of Free Sale for each SKU, issued by the competent Canadian authority. 2. GMP, HACCP or ISO 22000 certificate for each manufacturing site. 3. Site licence / establishment registration. 4. Named regulatory and technical contacts, with response times.

B. Product and label 5. Current print-ready label (all languages) and the final nutrition panel for each SKU, including per-100 g and per-serving values. 6. Technical data sheet listing every ingredient and amount in metric units. 7. Allergen statement (milk, soy, gluten) and declaration of any animal-derived ingredients. 8. Capsule shell origin (gelatin or vegetable) and the origin of flavour/enzyme carriers. 9. Halal certificate for each SKU/site, or written confirmation that none exists. 10. Banned-substance test report (WADA panel) if the product is positioned for sport.

C. Canadian licence reconciliation (critical) 13. For each SKU, a current Health Canada product licence printout showing the NPN, brand name, dosage form and full medicinal ingredient list. 14. A written explanation of the following discrepancies: - Extreme Mass Gainer prints NPN 80066429, which the LNHPD assigns to MoKoCare (GODFMR CA), a capsule, not a mass gainer. - ProWhey prints NPN 80054471, which the LNHPD assigns to Iso-Whey / BIOVIT-PRO WHEY, not ProWhey. - L-Carnitine prints NPN 80067602, whose licence names acetyl-L-carnitine, while the catalogue says L-carnitine tartrate. - Lipofel prints NPN 80087543, whose licence lists 140 mg garcinia (5:1, 50% HCA), while the catalogue lists 150 mg garcinia + 140 mg Malabar tamarind. - TrimFit prints NPN 80056951, whose licence lists 10 g WPC, 2 g fibre, 40 mg resveratrol, 100 mg vitamin C, 10 mcg D3, 4 mg B6, while the catalogue lists 12 g protein, 20 mg resveratrol, 20 mg C, 5 mcg D, 2 mg B6. - Extreme ISO prints NPN 80126994, whose licence records 60 g whey isolate at 90% protein, while the catalogue says 33 g scoop / 30 g protein. 15. Confirmation of whether you will reformulate to match the label or relabel to match the formula, who bears the cost, and the lead time.

D. Commercial 16. Ex-works price list in CAD at 1,000 / 3,000 / 5,000 units per SKU, with validity period. 17. MOQ per SKU and per flavour; whether flavours can be mixed in one PO. 18. • Extreme Mass Gainer 10 lb — 60 g protein, 1,582 kcal per serving, SAR 399.
  • Pre-Workout 480 g — 96 servings, SAR 159.

Every batch is tested by an ISO 17025 lab for protein, heavy metals, microbiology and banned substances. Arabic labels and SFDA registration are in progress. Launch support includes sampling, trainer education and a launch margin.

Would you be open to a 15-minute call next week? I can send the lab certificate and price list in advance.

5. Expo one-pager (print and take it)

Your 60-second pitch

"NBP is a Canadian sports-nutrition range from Montreal. We are launching four SKUs in Saudi Arabia: creatine, whey, mass gainer and pre-workout. Our whey is SAR 0.222 per gram of protein — about 25% below Optimum Nutrition — and every batch is tested by an ISO 17025 lab. We are looking for a Saudi importer/distributor and the documents needed for SFDA registration."

7. What success looks like by 30 November

  • Minimum: written NPN reconciliation, three lab quotes, an expo debrief, and a clear GO/HOLD/NO-GO recommendation.
  • Target: lab testing underway, Arabic artwork brief approved, two Saudi consultants quoted, and a draft term sheet with INOV.
  • Stretch: SFDA pre-screen feedback received and a first purchase order drafted (not signed).

If the NPN reconciliation is not in writing by 30 November, do not place a purchase order. The rest of the plan can proceed; the order cannot.
